I know the feeing. I got a neutral recently because an inept buyer
thought my shipping was too high. I clearly list a flat rate
shipping/handling charge on all items in all my auctions. If the buyer
had a problem with the shipping costs, they never should have bid.
eBay should really be more careful about how they let feedback be
applied. Anyway, at least you have the ability to write rebuttal
comment to a negative/neutral comment.
