I have been busy cooking and baking. Our power came back on at 4:45
a.m. I got up and did dishes and started some of my cooking projects,
and then I wenb back to bed until the phone rang at 9:45. We will have
Christmas at the home of whichever daughter has power. They both have
houses big enough to accomodate 16 or 17 of us, but our older daughter
and family are still without power.
However, this will be a strange Christmas. We are not going to have
services tonight or Sunday. They MAY have the power on by Sunday
afternoon. It is certainly a Christmas to remember.
Thanks to our sons and also the fact that we had our trees trimmed last
week, we fared pretty well.
Merry Christmas to all of you on the list.
It is sunny here, and the street got plowed, so we should be ok.
