[Mccoypottery-talk] Square bottom bowl

I just bought a square bottom bowl with a Mccoy shield mark and a 9 in the =
shield plus the number 2 outside the shield, is this unusual?
also, this bowl has  a ringware design on the bowl.
It's not the sunrise pattern.
Any help is appreciated.
