I purchased a software program called Collection Master on Ebay.  It works 
great and is set up to have photos of each item inserted in the description.  
I've photographed and entered all my McCoy pieces and my husband has also used 
it to inventory and document his collectibles.  By having the photos included 
in the inventory you also have created a great source document for insurance 
purposes.
