You need to send the header for the email as well. If you are using
Outlook, it is View, Options, then you can highlight the header information
and right click your mouse to copy it.
Forward the full email to them plus adding the header information at the
beginning of the email.

crashed and that they need my log in info to get me back in the system.
Yea, I know this is B.S. But where do I send the email to so this crap can
be stopped!!!!
