[Mccoypottery-talk] brown drip

On a piece like the Brown Drip, I usually run it
through the dishwasher when I first bring it home. I
don't intend to use them so I don't wash them
continually.
The dish-washing liquid is "low-sudsing" and uses
abrasives suspended in the liquid to remove stubborn
dried food like fried eggs. Over a period of time,
I'm sure this might attack the glazing.
This is just speculation on my part. Many of the
items we collect were made long before dishwashers.
Nuff said. Ben
