You might try another kind of software. I have some from Kodak that came with 
one of my cameras, but it works with 2 other cameras I have. In fact, I took 
it off my computer because it detected a camera before the correct software 
saw the camera being loaded. I have a Mac, so I doubt that it would be 
compatible with PC, but there probably is a version that is. And there are probably 
others that work with different cameras.
