Find out wow so high.  Ask witch method of shipping is being used.  Now, we 
know that the first 300 in insurance is 85 cents.  priority mail is 3.20 and 
up.  Find out how much it weighs and find out from the post office how much 
it would cost to send it priority mail.  Then tell the person that you are 
not paying more than that.
