Aren't they called "ladder pieces" because of the way they are displayed in the Huxford book?

Subject: [Mccoypottery-talk] Ladder pieces
I understand how the term ladder pieces came about?catalogue pages
showing items displayed on a drying rack.
But I have never seen the actual pages. They aren't reprinted in any
of the 5 Mccoy books that I have.
If someone has a scan of these pages that show the pottery we have
come to call "ladder pieces" could you either send me a copy or post
to the list?
Thanks!
Weldon
