r. It is marked simply " USA ". About 10 minutes later, my buyer decided th=
at it is quite possibly a fake, because it does not have a McCoy name on it=
, and she wants a refund. I have been researching, and researching...I do c=
ome up with many articles which indicate the USA mark is indeed authentic. =
Could you possibly look at this piece for me?   It is very heavy, and seems=
 a very good quality.  It had belonged to my Mother, who has been a collect=
or for many years. she insists that it is authentic, and I believe her word=
