I'm having the same difficulty as Mark. I have heard from the Postal Service
that I have to produce a "receipt" verifying that this is the true cost of the
item that was shipped. I'm with you, I figured if I paid the insurance for it,
it was up to them to reimburse me if it came up damaged. I have to investigate
this further, I think. Sheryl
