Well today we were out of our webtv for at least 12 hours.  It's amazing
how difficult it is to be without something you've lived without for
your whole life.  Drove me nuts because the mail light was on and I also
wanted to check an item I bid for on eBay.  It seems to be working ok
now.  Their 1-800 number gave no explanation that I really understood or
no idea when it would be fixed.  Good luck with yours.
