To clarify the above...Actually a potter in Tennessee Copyrighted the Mark
<McCoy>.
in 1991.  A patent is not done on trade names, marks, logos etc.  And the
Red Ridinghood
and Mammy and several other jars were produced as repros.  Cheers!  Terry
