Terry,

Thanks for responding and yes I paid too much ...$50 each....I think the
woman that sold them knew what she was selling.   Oh well, live and
learn...The cookie jars do say McCoy on the bottom in that distinctive
lettering but there is also a c in a circle...I'm assumed it meant
copyright.  Are these fakes common?
