I had just been wondering what happened to the talk line.  My experience
is that many people don't like to bid on reserve auctions and  that
sometimes it is hard to get book value.  Other times you can be
pleasantly surprised by what people will pay if they want it badly
enough.

 I sold some Roseville for way under book value, and it took a second
listing to sell it, since the first one had a reserve.  I ended up
selling for less than the opening bid I used the first time.  I still
made money, but i was disappointed.
