Vicki,
I sell on eBay and I have no problems with a buyer questioning shipping
prices...you might even tell the seller about your other 2 purchases as
comparisons. If the seller is on the up and up he shouldn't be offended...if
he can't give you a reasonable explanation for the "price hike" then just
refuse to take it. You might get negative feedback but you can also post your
reasons as well as a warning on his feedback.
