Hi,
Re the Red Tiger, I have one too. I don't believe it is McCoy because I own
all the books (even the early Coates, thanks Elizabeth).
The bottom looks more like Shawnee. It has a glazed bottom with raised
unglazed bars. The front bar is shaped like a "T" and the back has an
unglazed "I" and a circle behind it.
I have a new digital camera and I will try to send a picture in a couple
days.(Still learning how to use it!)
I bought this piece early into my McCoy collecting. I still like it even
though I don't think it is a McCoy piece. I would love to know its origin.
