Patricia,
According to Lois Lehner's book on marks, it is located in Compton,
California.  It has been in business since 1945.  Earthenware products
are marked Treasure Craft and stoneware items are marked Pottery Craft.
Can't help with values, but I have seen their cookie jars in some of the
cookie jar books.
