unsub from any lists  temp  use  filters   if on netscape Mail or if
outlook  use rules  and   a quick tip  if you don't want to read  some
just click on one  then select all messages  un highlighting what you
want to keep  by holding  down the ctrl  key and the do a  mass delete
when you  belong to lots of lists and sites ya gotta  know how to mass
delete  some cause spam.
