Even though you  did get emial  stating send it back  you do  have the
choice  to hold on to them and file  fraud charges   the jars are
evidence your claim is not for  refunds its to stop  the perpitration
of fraud  by selling conterfit items on ebay. file   online or  write
the ftc  ebay needs a bit of a shake up they know its going on  they
need to be sued  class action  for  this type stuuff    but  fruad
against  faye is   an option
