If you read thses peoples  listings fully they are filled with
disclaimers they never state they are original  or vintage just mccoy
and they think the p trademark  is still legally  owned by the person
supplying the  junk to them.  Even he thinks he owns that Mark  its one
mark .  The McCoys tried to  stop this  even  consulted  lawyers  there
was nothing they can do legally about repos it would take time and
money  and  the results would have been the same ebay could have  tied
it up  forever they have more  resources  , Read  ebays  disclaimers
they  ar eheld liable for hardly anything   , And members can't sue
ebay.  with that mark they do not  hold the register on it  they hold a
few  still but not that  mark. its the  mcoy  looks cursive  without the
usa in it here is a link to  the  type of mark they are using  either
incised by hand or molded  onto  a fake.
