I started collecting McCoy about six months ago.
I found this list solely by chance while I was looking up "McCoy"
Then I talked extensively to Elizabeth and then Chiquita about McCoy.
At the same time I was listening to what everybody else here had to say
about the subject.
I DO buy McCoy online and am more afraid of the pieces I order getting
broken, than of being fake.
If I ever have a doubt, I ask someone for there opinion.
I have 10 cookie jars 9 of which I bought online.
I have 7 pieces of the Rustic Line, 6 of which I bought on ebay.
I figure as long as you know what you are looking for and have a little
nudge along the way you are go to go.
I'm not afraid of buying online.
I have, in all my online transactions bought one piece that ended up
being a repro.
It's still a pretty piece. It does display well.
I call it my first Mcstake!!!!!
Tom
