Yeah Mark just what Barb said.  I was going to write the same letter my
self!!  I had a similar situation couple of years ago.  I decided I would
keep the 2 pieces that didn't  break and forget the 3 rd broken pieces.  I
could have filed the things myself but the post office needed to take back
the good pieces.  Just have to decide if the incact pieces are worth what
you paid for them then just keep them but I would file a negative feedback
not just a neutral one.  Betty the Okie in Iowa
