Over this weekend we went to Hillsville Virginia to the Labor Day market.
Unlike Tom, I did find a few bargains..My first purchase was the McCoy Limited
Arched Back Black Cat candle holder that I'd been wanting, paid l5.00. I also
bought a Frankoma indian chief plaque, small piece, for a dollar...brown drip
spoon rest, yellow mammy cookie jar... two hand decorated old 40-s era vases,
a hobnail trough planter AND a pink and blue bunny with the stump
planter...very unusual color combination. That's just what comes to mind sitting here
now.
There was a tremendous amount of McCoy there and most prices were high, some
extremely high but it's always such a treat to see McCoy out at fleas like
this.
