Those of you that read every message the way I do will remember a problem I
had with Pay Pal not allowing me to access my acct. refusing my password,
requiring me to fax photo ID and other paperwork then said I had to wait 180
days... That is 6 months!!! before I could do anything with my money.  I
found out the next month that my password was working and I could get in.
Another on the list had told me about a class action law suit and I did not
join in that but I accessed my accout, requested my $560. be sent to me in a
check.  It had only been about 60 days but I wondered what would happen.  I
got my check yesterday.  I do not know what was going on but apparently my
acct is up and running on the $5.?? that I left in there.  I will continue
using it but will never let it build up like a little savings account.
