Jennifer,
The rooms are open in the evenings.  The headquarters will be at the
Fairfield Inn and events notices will be posted in the lobby.  On
Tuesday and Thursday it will be after the events at the Knights of
Columbus.  The auction Thursday evening is for members of the McCoy
Pottery Lovers Association.  It has always been just for those who
attend the banquet.  Prices can go VERY high there.  There are yard
sales all over if you want to hunt; there are shops in Zanesville (one
of the McCoy group owns an antique mall there); check out the Avondale
area south of Zanesville.  Even Billie McCoy has shopped there because
we have run into her there.  Not sure of the schedule, but there is
usually a pottery flea market at the Ceramic Center on the highway
between Roseville and Crooksville.
We'll be at the TraveLodge, 1st floor, so stop in.
