[Mccoypottery-talk] Paypal Warning

Oh my gosh! I kicked up such a fuss, sent over 50 emails a day and sending
them pages from NoPaypal.com
and even telling them I had been in touch with Wolf Popper Llp., the
lawfirm handling the class action case against them! They freed my account a
few days later, which is amazing for them! From what I heard, they won the
first round in court. The Judge ruled that PP CANNOT force arbitration. In
other words, they cant take away our right to sue! Isnt that wonderful?
The lawyers say that 45 days is the limit that any corporation can tie up
your funds., and then only with just verifiable reasons.
I am suprized that PP didnt kick me off altgether, the fuss I made. I called
them constantly in addition to my emails. I even went so far as to cuss them
out. I told them to return my funds and close my account as I am through
with them! I actually was going to quit them but man, I miss it! I have a PP
debt card and I use it daily. I went back with them until I can find a
better on-line payment system. Any ideas?
Thanks.
