Oh yeah Betty,
I actually have been talking to Wolf Popper, and they are getting ready to
file for class action certification very soon. The are screening people who
have had problems with PP for posible inclusion in the case. I think you
account has to be frozen for more than 45 days to be eligible. I have all
the pertenent info if you need  to get in tough with them. The paralegal in
charge said not to wait as they are filing at the end of this month.
