There  was  a potters union  the mark for it used to be found on many
universal pottery  pieces ther mark was round and has  clasped hands in
the center  with lots of writing withing the circles.  I remember  it
from like the tom and Jerry  stuff  I had sold once I am not sure if it
was called what you asked about but it was  Ohio Potteries I think  not
sure if national.
