Some hull items did have   eyes  like that depending on the artist like
i keep saying not every item is doncumented oe shown eg  they made a
series  of  items for air whick  with the  whole  in the tail area  some
painted sone plain  several companies did ant  that item looks  a lot
like some of the airwhicks. .
