Well the post office send they have to see a copy of the insurance paperan what i payed for for them an the value. So i guess i just have to go though the bull.John

New to McCoy chat but how did the post office take you, if it was insured 
you just fill out a form and you get the value. I have received a few 
things (not many fortunately) that arrive broken and found my local 
postmaster to be wonderful in this situation. Don't stop buying on line 
because of this, most people I have found are trustworthy and excellent but 
with every rule there are exceptions.
