Mary,
I am the one who said I used my McCoy book as proof of value; also did
that for some Roseville.  Our post office is great but they say that the
eBay auction print-out is no proof of the REAL value since someone could
pay more or less than it is worth.  Of course, they must not realize
that is is only a guide.  Columbus is a big city, but each area has a
branch, so it is almost like dealing with a small post office.
