Some Mark went wit  the new owner  others   Nelson still owns  I sa them
on the site I goot  the TM info from  by doing a erch  they also  hold
several other pattnets and  trademarks for designs by billie . The NM
mark was  stopped being used  in production  but it is still his name
and that nobody can   tek from him or use.
With  MCoy  gaining in popularity  again  moere items will be  faked
but  the mark   will ony be that  one they  think they can use check  up
on  this guy   under gulf treasue  I did and heand emailed him in the
guise of being interest in  collecting  his pottery   he  wil clam
ownership of the McCoy  company  when  this guy replied back to me I
forwareded his email to nelson  who  at this point  doesn''t know who
owns teh former  Nelson    McCoy company but its not Jenson.
Jesnon  answer to me  was he was now  producing  new items  for
collecters due  to the over inflated  pricing of the   real stuff  he
is  cocky  and  lies  through his teeth. So as  long as there are new
buyers who  really have no info  or  learning  on the real stuff he will
take advantage of  them so will faye whom I  think  may be  one of his
partners  like the people in florida are.
this   guy is  marking  new stuff with  a  copy  of themark  I shoed
yesterday besause so far  he can ebay will not  intervene  since   the
mark  is not Illegal to use  yet .
If  anyone  finds a repo  with  any other McC mark on it except  the
colony mark  or whtever it was renamed  after the 80's  that is  fraud .
