yep thats the basic info I got when I reseached the trademark that mark
right now is  what they consider  dead .
If anyone remembers  that  post  about Mccoy  on ebay  it had further
info  about  Jenson  and the  legal trouble he got into  and  it said he
is now  using  another fake  name  on repos .
But it never said he  was not still selling his  new  fake original
creations on ebay.
Thw Man  was buying a lot of  old ceramic molds  on ebay last I was able
to check up  on him.
