Not to be picky, but in the first paragraph of the fake message, there were=
some grammar mistakes. That's not a dead give-away, but you can be pretty=
sure that if someone is threatening you with a form of legal action that t=
hey will have run the statement past their lawyers to make sure they've dot=
ted all the i's and crossed the t's. They don't won't to leave you a looph=
ole or look ignorant..
Quita's advice (as usual) is excellent.
