Gravy from 'scratch' is my speciality....I just start with drippings
from whatever I cooked. My big interest was in jams, pecan syrup. a
gift pkg for a friend. Maybe it's in the gene because all my father's
family were Southerners. I pride myself in being a great cook...even
cooked a hugh pot of pig's feet (1/2 case) recently for some friends and
I don't even eat them, but all I saw were bones licked clean. Not
being sensitive......but you just can't dump all us Yankees in one
classification. :-)
