One thing I should have mentioned is that this piece is only worth  
$50-$60 in the new "Warman's McCoy Pottery Identification and Price  
Guide."  In original condition that is.  The piece was also made in the  
1940's, not the 20's as the items lists.

But again, this is just a case of misinformed seller. Overall, they do  
not appear to be purposely pushing this piece at some outrageous price.
