I'm certainly not taking up for this seller..
BUT things do happen...however I think it doesn't take long to send an e-mail 
to someone letting them know of unforeseen circumstances...A sudden 
illness...an accident that renders someone incapable for a while...Things do happen  
However...a notifying e-mail would calm everyones fears.
