This was the third time Pottery Road took an inordinate amount of time
to ship...but never this long. She said her husband was sick once.
When I took several days to respond to a photo, she sent me a real nasty
email about "wasting her time." She forgot it took her a month to send
the photo. I pay her immediately. I spent over $400 with her in a
month; therefore, she should have better sales etiquette. I didn't
give all the history in my first email.
