Not everyone charges "handling".  Both our daughter and I try to charge
as nearly as possible exact postage or shipping charges.  I won't bid on
anything when the shipping and handling charges are very high--for
example, 1.00 for one postcard.  I charge $.37 or $.60, depending on the
size of the card.
