Although with all the repro's out there, this is a very old flake on the
back top of the lid and it sure does prove that this is not a new jar....
It's a very small flake so I really don't know whether to repair it or not.
I realize it diminishes the value, but OTOH, it also affirms it's age.
I also got a Hull Gingerbread which I've wanted for ages!  Rodney says I
have to put it in the shop, so I will, but I'm the one who will say in a
year, "Gee honey, this thing just won't sell, so I'll just take it on home"
when I put a price on it that will insure it won't sell, heehee....
