Hello all.. I am looking at an auction on ebay

It is listed at the W.C. Fields Turtle Bay bottle, however the only  
know "Turtle" bay W.C. Fields item I know of was a pitcher.  See here:

Is the ebay auction the real deal (Real McCoy), more specifically does  
anyone know if McCoy made what appears to be a decanter for Turtle Bay?
