The easy way to tell if these are legit?
1. Did the email come to the email address you use for PayPal/eBay?
Or was it one of your other email addresses?
2. Click on the link in the email and look at where the site takes
you. Usually the embedded HTML link in the email will look legit, but
the URL in the address field of your browser will change to something
else.
3. eBay/PayPal has NO REASON to ask for your user/pass or anything
else for that matter.
4. All emails from eBay/PayPal will ask you to "login" to your
account. To do this, go to http://ebay.com or http://paypal.com NEVER
USE THE LINK IN YOUR EMAIL TO LOGIN!
