 I got the 1957 date from the Huxford Brush-McCoy book.  Since then,
I've checked Sanford's two books.  They show 1954 in one book and  a
1956 catalogue pate in the other.  They must have been made for a number
of years in the 1950's.  Sorry I didn't check everything before I wrote.
