you can  register a trade mark and assign it as  goodwill or a reason
like  I want it becasue I am  a collector and I would like to preserve
the  mark for history  LOL.. they do not investigate  t an assignment
for themark.

Jeanso obviously lost the mark for some reason or he would  still own
it  . I think  he lost it just for tha reason he was using it for
repoing  caliming it was  from  a comapny he doesn't own  .
