All you have to do is register your name an once you do it is on for life .Are you trying to say you have to register your name for ever every year for the end of time ? I don't buy that.When i make a original an register it .It doesn't cost much it is for life or the end of time.If what you are saying there are alot companys went out of business for different reasons . Then i could just start making a produst any product using a name that went out of business an call it mine ? I don't think so .The only why McCoy could have lost his name is sell his rights away to somebody else .Then it would be legal.If i was a McCoy or any family member i would be mad as hell , sorry to say .  John    i would have to do something in the legal system  an if i wasn't a McCoy an just a collecter i would have to try to see what can be done about it .Just what us true mccoy collecters believe in,,,,,,,,,

Jeanso obviously lost the mark for some reason or he would  still own it  . I think  he lost it just for tha reason he was using it for  repoing  caliming it was  from  a comapny he doesn't own  .
