I know  once it  registered its for life unless  for some eason it i
abaondoned or  taken away  from  someone  that does  happen and then it
is  declaered  dead  until  I guess someone else  registers it I am
thinking  this person  had it taken from  him for  reasons to do with
breaking those laws . he never registerd Mccoy as a company  because
although  its no producing it is owned by a  bunch of  lawyers  in Ohio
as far as I understand from Nelson Mccoys  reply to me about  this stuff
we   went into great detail . he sold it it was then again resold  and
still privately held .
