he did register a mark that used to belong to mccoy but was abaondoned
years ago . how  I don't knwo all I do know is someone else had it
before he  took it in 1991 and  lost it in 1998. people get around the
law  all the time .  this guy did  and still is by using a mark on
pottery  that isn't his   if someone were to use the NM  mark then
Nelson could go after them casue that is his mark .
