red wing companies made barrel mugs and dog dishes as for the number
make I would have to look it up hull used slashes in some marks too
these are just two possibilities they also Hull that is made stone
ware mugs an I think dog bowls pre to doing just art ware pottery .
Hull would use a slash for denoting the number and the size .
I did find my american whiteware marks and they do have some of the
art pottery marks in it becasue lots of companies were stoneware or
utilitarian before going to just art pottery.
