Ebay....I gave ebay 12 items that I bid on which were coincidently bid 
on by a certain with marked "private." at the last minute just to up the 
bid.  Even though this private bidder won a number of items, she never 
left any feedback for the seller.  within one week all the items 
"private" supposedly won were relisted with the exact same description 
only this time there was a minimum bid instead of it starting at .00. 
 The seller I complained out (and it took a lot of research with items 
numbers and time) was down for about one week.  Ebay doesn't care and 
their rebuttal process is detailed and time consuming.
